Please use the form below to suggest a candidate for any of the Governor General’s History Awards: Teaching, Community Programming, Popular Media, Museums and Scholarly Research.

Important note: the nomination is just a first step; once nominated, nominees usually finish the application themselves and require a reasonable amount of time to respond to questions and collect supporting documents. Deadlines vary for each award. For some awards it may be too late for the current year, but their nominations will carry forward to the following year.
