Anyone can leave a legacy — donors who advise Canada’s National History Society of their intent to leave a legacy gift are immediately eligible for recognition in Canada’s History Legacy Giving Circle — a community of generous, loving, and passionate Canadians who share our vision for a future where Canadians are deeply engaged in connecting with their shared past.
Name Canada’s National History Society in your will, or as a beneficiary in your life insurance, or establish an endowment fund — leaving a charitable gift can ease the tax burden of your estate and provide sustaining funds and stable income streams to Canada’s National History Society for many years to come.
Through your legacy, create a lasting impact and promote greater interest in Canadian history, support powerful storytelling, strengthen educational programs, and build connections among diverse communities of Canada.
